The one constant throughout any wedding day ever is that thereβs always something that might not go as planned. Whether falling behind on the timeline, spilling a drink on a suit, rain, forgetting the rings, the list could go on. I love that my couples put full trust in me to handle any little road bump that might come up. I always budget extra time into the getting ready portion of the timeline so that if hair and makeup takes longer or buttoning up the dress is hard, thereβs never a need to panic. Throughout the whole day, Brooke and Kyle just had their eyes on the prize- marriage and saying “I Do” at Cross Keys Barn in front of their closest friends and family.
Nothing could phase these two. The energy and happiness was contagious throughout the whole day! You always hear growing up, βsurround yourself with good people.β This is exactly what these two have done. Their wedding party knew how to party and knew had to shower Brooke and Kyle with love! Normally the big group photo of the wedding party happens right after the ceremony but I told them that the lighting of the mountain behind Cross Keys Barn would be better before sunset if they wanted to sneak out during dinner before toasts started. I felt bad quickly sneaking them out during dinner but everyone was totally on board to do whatever it takes to get the best photos. These are my kind of people π
Highlights of the day included an emotional first look with the bridesmaid (I cried), Louie being the cutest ring bearer and with a little help this pupper walked down the aisle basically perfectly, driving around in a golf cart for AMAZING portraits, and coordinated introductions dances that set the tone for the rest of the reception.
I canβt wait to share these images and allow you to get to know this incredible couple!
Monogrammed ring boxes give me life π Thank goodness for stores like Etsy and Mrs. Box!
Tears of joy seeing the beautiful bride!!
Brooke and Kyle wanted to share a prayer in private before the ceremony
That just married glow ππ
Remember those coordinated introduction dances I told you about?? π
And we snuck off for photos before sunset! One thousand percent worth waiting and bearing the chilly shade.
I always make sure to get a photo of my brides with each one of their bridesmaids, and the groom with each groomsman!
A fun bunch π
And let the reception begin!
Kyle, don’t be mad at me for sharing these π They are too good not to share.
And off goes Mr. & Mrs. Weston!
