A Big Spring Farm Wedding in September | Lexington, VA

Shannon and Phillip could not have picked a better day at Big Spring Farm to get married. The most perfect weather rolled into Lexington, VA for their intimate wedding. Their day was my definition of a perfect early Fall wedding- blue skies, 80 degree weather, & a cool breeze. The scenic wedding venue was picture perfect from the short and sweet ceremony near the willow tree to the hilltop sunset photos.

As I walked into the Bridal Suite, I was greeted by Shannon’s kindhearted bridesmaids who were enthusiastic and easing Shannon’s pre-wedding nerves. Shannon’s first look with her bridesmaids was simply awesome (you’ll see!!). The day was overall peaceful and relaxing with an amazing vendor team at Big Spring Farm.

After 6+ years of being together, everyone was just so excited that their big day was finally here. Lots of joyful tears from delighted parents. I definitely shed some tears during the parent dances and as Shannon walked down the aisle!

Shannon & Phillip, I am excited for this new chapter of life that you’re beginning (starting off with the RV trip across the country!). Your friends and family couldn’t say enough kind things about the two of you! I’m so grateful I got to be a part of your wedding day!
