I loved this backyard engagement session. Cristina had mentioned that you could see the mountains from the house and it was beautiful (I am so jealous)! There were pretty trees, open fields, and mountains peeking through the background. These two showed up with contagious smiles and laughs. I couldn’t help but smile while making their photo gallery.
If you love scenic mountains, then you will love this engagement session. This location is now one of my favorite for my Roanoke, Virginia brides. There’s just something about a mountain backdrop that is breathtaking. You can’t tell from their photos but it was FREEZING. Megan is literally a superstar for wearing a dress for the first half of our session!
The day before their session I reached out to Kelsie asking if she wanted to reschedule because of the weather. The moment she told me she did not want to I hopped in my car and went to TARGET to grab clear umbrellas. Thankfully the rain held off until the very end and their engagement session at The Maridor and Greenhill Park turned out beautiful. Green Hill park was perfect, it had an open field, a little creek, and a gorgeous mountain view!
