This Roanoke, VA engagement session was perfect. Jordan and Collin and I had to reschedule the session at Carvins Cove once because of rain. We were worried about having to reschedule it again because the weather looked bad again… The night beforehand we decided we would risk it because it was only supposed to rain in the morning and we would deal with the mud. Well, for a day that was supposed to be cloudy and rainy, it was BEAUTIFUL.

Even before the session, I felt like I already knew Jordan just from our phone call and texts. These two are some of the kindest people I have met and instantly felt like we had been friends for years. I loved that in-between walking to different sections of Carvins Cove, they were asking questions and we all go to know each other better. This is one of my favorite parts of the entire experience with my clients. I love walking away from a session feeling like I have made a life-long friend. I truly don’t view my clients as clients, they often feel like friends that have always been there.

Jordan and Collin, thank you for trusting me so effortlessly. I am counting down the days until May 🙂
